Consultations & Appointments
Questions regarding an existing consultation should include the name used for booking and the scheduled appointment date.
Please remember that our Refund & Cancellation Policy governs appointments with Madame Gothimore. Client bookings are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-reschedulable once reserved.
Paranormal & Séance Inquiries
Private séance and paranormal investigation inquiries will have their own dedicated process as these services become available.
Please do not submit sensitive property information or extensive personal details through general correspondence unless requested.
