These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of The Gothimore website and your purchase or use of products and services offered by The Gothimore LLC (“The Gothimore,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website, placing an order, purchasing a product, or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The House

The Gothimore is operated by The Gothimore LLC, an Arizona limited liability company.

Our offerings may include ritual goods, candles, botanical products, teas, tinctures, beauty and grooming products, books, tarot and oracle decks, curiosities, accessories, consultations, divination services, and other goods or services offered from time to time.

We reserve the right to add, modify, discontinue, or limit products and services at our discretion.

2. Eligibility

By using this website or making a purchase, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement or are using the website with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian where applicable.

Certain products or services may have additional age restrictions. Where an item is designated for adults only, you must be at least 18 years of age to purchase it.

3. Right to Refuse or Discontinue Service

Any exercise of this right will be made in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and will not be based upon a characteristic protected by applicable law.

4. Products & Handcrafted Goods

Many Gothimore products are handcrafted, hand-poured, hand-blended, botanically derived, or produced in small batches.

Because of this, slight variations in color, scent, texture, appearance, botanical material, or presentation may naturally occur. These variations are part of the character of handcrafted goods and are not necessarily considered defects.

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, photographs, colors, quantities, and other information accurately. However, colors and appearance may vary depending on lighting, photography, screens, and individual devices.

5. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, cancel listings, correct errors, or refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

6. Pricing & Payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without notice. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other fees will be displayed during checkout when required.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the applicable charges associated with your purchase.

7. Orders

Submitting an order does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of that order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order due to suspected fraud, incorrect pricing or product information, inventory errors, payment issues, legal restrictions, safety concerns, or other reasonable circumstances.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.

8. Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Shipping, delivery, returns, exchanges, cancellations, damaged orders, and refunds are governed by the applicable policies posted on our website.

9. Ritual Oils — External Use Only

Unless a specific product is expressly labeled otherwise, The Gothimore ritual oils are intended for external use only and are NOT intended for human or animal consumption.

Do not ingest ritual oils.

Ritual oils may contain essential oils, fragrance materials, botanical extracts, herbs, resins, carrier oils, or other ingredients intended for their stated external or ritual purpose.

Use products only according to their accompanying directions. Avoid contact with eyes, mucous membranes, and other sensitive areas. Keep out of reach of children and pets.

Customers should review the complete ingredient information before use and discontinue use if irritation or an adverse reaction occurs.

The designation of a product as a ritual, spiritual, or ceremonial oil does not mean that it is safe for ingestion.

10. Tinctures & Ingestible Botanical Products

Products expressly identified by The Gothimore as tinctures or ingestible botanical products are separate from our ritual oils and should be used only according to the directions and serving information provided with the individual product.

Do not consume any Gothimore oil, botanical preparation, or other product unless the product is specifically labeled and sold for ingestion.

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredients, directions, warnings, and other information provided with each tincture before use.

Individuals who are pregnant or nursing, taking medications, have allergies or sensitivities, have an existing medical condition, or have questions regarding the suitability of an ingredient should consult an appropriate qualified healthcare professional before using an ingestible botanical product.

Keep tinctures and other ingestible botanical products out of reach of children.

Where a tincture is designated Adults Only / 18+, it may not be purchased or used by a minor.

11. Health & Botanical Disclaimer

Information provided by The Gothimore regarding herbs, botanicals, teas, tinctures, oils, or other botanical products is provided for general educational and informational purposes only.

Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.

Nothing provided by The Gothimore should be interpreted as medical advice or as a substitute for advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified healthcare professional.

No customer should disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking professional care because of information provided by The Gothimore.

12. Ritual, Manifestation & Spiritual Products

The Gothimore may offer candles, ritual oils, manifestation products, spiritual goods, divination tools, and other products associated with personal, traditional, ceremonial, or spiritual practices.

These products are offered as tools for personal ritual, reflection, symbolism, spiritual practice, tradition, or entertainment, as applicable.

The Gothimore makes no guarantee that any ritual, candle, oil, manifestation product, spiritual product, or practice will produce a particular supernatural, romantic, financial, professional, personal, or other result.

Experiences, beliefs, practices, and results vary from person to person.

13. Tarot, Oracle, Astrology & Divination Services

Readings, consultations, astrology services, tarot readings, oracle readings, mediumship, ancestral or spiritual consultations, and other divinatory services offered by The Gothimore or XyaGoth are intended for personal insight, spiritual exploration, reflection, and/or entertainment.

No particular result, prediction, communication, or outcome is guaranteed.

These services are not substitutes for professional medical, psychological, legal, financial, tax, or other licensed professional advice.

You remain solely responsible for your own choices, actions, and decisions.

Additional booking, cancellation, lateness, rescheduling, or consultation policies may apply to individual services.

14. Candle & Product Safety

Customers are responsible for following all safety instructions supplied with candles, oils, botanical products, cosmetics, ritual goods, and other products.

Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep burning candles away from children, pets, drafts, and flammable objects.

Do not consume candle wax, ritual oils, incense, resins, or other products that are not expressly labeled as ingestible.

Products should only be used for their stated intended purpose and according to accompanying instructions.

15. Allergies, Sensitivities & Proprietary Formulations

The Gothimore products may contain botanicals, herbs, essential oils, fragrance components, carrier oils, resins, waxes, or other naturally derived or manufactured ingredients.

The Gothimore takes reasonable care to provide ingredient, warning, and safety information as required for each product category. Customers are responsible for reviewing all available product information before purchasing or using a product.

Certain Gothimore products are created using proprietary formulas, botanical blends, fragrance compositions, preparation methods, and ritual processes developed exclusively for the House. While required ingredient and safety information will be disclosed as applicable, The Gothimore does not disclose proprietary formulation percentages, ratios, preparation methods, ritual processes, or other confidential aspects of its formulas except where disclosure is required by law.

If you have a known allergy or sensitivity to a particular botanical, herb, essential oil, fragrance component, carrier oil, resin, wax, or other substance, please contact The Gothimore before purchasing or using the product and identify the specific ingredient or allergen of concern.

We will provide appropriate information regarding the presence of the identified substance to the extent reasonably possible and consistent with applicable labeling and disclosure requirements.

The absence of a particular ingredient from a formula does not guarantee that a product was manufactured, stored, packaged, or handled in an environment entirely free from that ingredient or other potential allergens unless The Gothimore expressly states otherwise.

The content and creative materials associated with The Gothimore, including, where applicable, our branding, logos, product names, product descriptions, photographs, artwork, graphics, packaging designs, written material, website content, and original creative concepts are owned by or licensed to The Gothimore LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

GOTHIMORE and related branding may also constitute trademarks or other proprietary identifiers of The Gothimore LLC.

Nothing on this website grants permission to reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, imitate, or commercially exploit our protected materials without prior written authorization.
